Privacy Policy

Last updated November 4, 2026
The short version. We collect what you type into our contact form so we can build your free mockup and get back to you. We do not sell it, rent it or trade it. Ask us to delete it and we delete it.

Who we are

SwiftEdge Agency builds websites and runs Google and Meta ads for local businesses. We are based in Fresno, California and we serve the Central Valley and local businesses across the US. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean SwiftEdge Agency, and "you" means anyone who visits this site or contacts us.

What we collect

Only two kinds of information.

  • What you hand us. Your name, phone number, email address, business type, the service you are after, your ad budget range and whatever you write in the message box. You give us this when you submit the contact form, call us, text us or email us.
  • Basic visit data. Standard information your browser sends to any website, such as your general location by city, the pages you looked at, how long you stayed, the device and browser you used, and the site or ad that sent you here.

We do not ask for and we do not want payment card numbers, social security numbers, health information or anything else sensitive through this website.

Why we collect it

  • To reply to you, usually within 24 hours, and to build the free mockup you asked for.
  • To quote the work accurately, which is why we ask about your business type and budget range.
  • To follow up about your project by phone, text or email until you tell us to stop.
  • To see which pages and which ads bring us real conversations, so we spend our own money well.

That is the whole list. We do not build advertising profiles on you and we do not sell what you tell us to anybody.

What we never do

  • We never sell your information.
  • We never rent or trade your information to a lead broker or a list company.
  • We never add you to a bulk email list because you filled out the contact form.
  • We never share what a client tells us with that client's competitors.

Who else touches your information

A few service providers handle data on our behalf so this site works. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job.

  • Vercel, our web host. Serves the pages.
  • Formspree. Receives what you type into the contact form and forwards it to our inbox.
  • Our email provider. Delivers your form submission to our inbox and carries our reply back to you.
  • Google Fonts. Serves the two typefaces this page uses. Your browser requests them directly from Google.
  • Google, through Google Tag Manager and Google Ads. Tells us which ads and which pages lead to real conversations, so we know what to keep paying for. See the next section.

We also share information when the law requires it, such as a valid subpoena or court order.

Cookies and tracking

This site runs Google Tag Manager (container GTM-EXM43JCS) and a Google Ads tag (AW-18002219185). Between them they set cookies in your browser and send Google information about your visit, such as the pages you opened, the ad or search that brought you here, and whether you submitted the contact form.

We use it for one thing: to see which ads actually produce conversations, so we stop wasting our own money on the ones that do not. Google may also use this data for its own purposes under its own terms. You can read how Google handles it at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

We do not run a Meta pixel on this site.

If you would rather not be measured, you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, use a private window, or install the Google Analytics opt out add on. The site works fine either way.

How long we keep it

If you become a client, we keep your contact and project information for as long as we work together and for three years after that, because tax and business records require it. If you never become a client, we keep your form submission for up to two years in case you come back, then it goes.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Tell you exactly what information we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that is wrong.
  • Delete everything we hold about you.
  • Stop contacting you. Reply "stop" to any text, or say so on the phone or by email, and we stop.

Email jakob@swiftedgeagency.com and we will handle it within 30 days, usually much faster. We will not charge you and we will not make you jump through hoops.

If you live in California, the CCPA gives you these same rights plus the right not to be treated differently for using them. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing for you to opt out of.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may text you about your project and your quote. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply "stop" to any message and we stop texting you. We do not send marketing blasts and we do not share your number with anyone else.

Keeping it safe

This site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted on the way to us. We limit who can open our inbox and our project files to the people actually doing the work. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise, but we treat your information the way we would want ours treated.

Children

This site is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor sent us something, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, or add a new tag or pixel to this site, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes get a clear note here, not a quiet edit.

Questions about any of this

Ask a real person. You will get a real answer.
